Deep Dive Consultation
In our initial full consultation together, we will take an in depth look at where you're at currently. We'll look at your physical, mental and emotional health. We'll discuss strategies you've tried in the past, what worked and what didn't, as well as barriers you have faced. We will start setting some goals that are unique to you and the lifestyle you would like to create.
This consultation is vital, because it will allow us to formulate a comprehensive strategy that is specific to Your exact needs.
- We will reflect on your current state and evaluate barriers to your weight loss success.
- We will get a better sense of your current daily routines, and assess aspects of your nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress

1:1 Coaching
Private coaching calls with Amanda! These are individualized sessions to support you in the ways You need.
These calls are pivotal to your success!
- Calls entail 30-60 minute sessions over Zoom.
- Weekly sessions the first 4 weeks, followed by every other week sessions, as your skills and confidence improves!
- Topics will vary each week and may include: focused education, stress management, nutrition and healthy habit formation, to name just a few.
- This is a great opportunity to ask questions and troubleshoot issues that arise, as well as share reflections and celebrate your wins!
Foundational Nutrition
Adequate nutrition is pivotal for your overall health and essential to your weight loss journey.
- Throughout the program, you will gain a strong foundation in nutrition basics, including essential insights into food quality, portion sizes, and smart shopping strategies. Most importantly, you'll master the principles of ideal meal composition, as well as the frequency and timing of meals and snacks. This knowledge will empower you to confidently plan and prepare balanced meals that nourish and fuel your body in the best way possible.

Foundational Fitness
Fitness for weight loss doesn't have to include exhausting work-outs and hours in the gym.
Each month, we will discuss a movement and fitness routine that will work for the lifestyle you want to create.
You will have the opportunity to participate in an app based service that gives you access to instructor-led classes in a variety of areas including meditation, yoga, barre, strength training, stretching (among others), and step-by-step gym plans, if desired. And the best part - no equipment is required!
