I am the founder of Revive and Thrive Wellness, an online lifestyle and weight loss consulting practice, where I help women transform their health and their lives by creating easy, healthy habits  that will achieve their goals.   

I am a Christian lady, a wife and a step-mother of three.  I am also an Internal Medicine Physician by training.  

Nutrition for weight loss doesn’t have to be restrictive or confusing!  If you are hoping to regain your health and lose weight in a way that naturally works with your body, I have a solution for you!
